Tonight was the 50Lap Ministock Feature and Fan Appreciation night.The 36 Car is fixed with alot of help from our freinds. Gary,Ellisha and I would like to thank Mr.Dwight Lavoie/Double Halo Racing for his undying efforts and commitment to Ellisha's Ministock.A special Thank You goes out to Dave and Kelley of Peterborough Car Quest for all their support,with out you and Dwight the 36 Car might still be in the driveway.
Since Ellisha's decision to only Race the 36 Nissan at Peterborough Speedway ,we have put Gary in the drivers seat with Dwight Lavoie as our alternate .Ellisha has now become a car owner and will see Racing from this angle.Hopefully the "Boys" can keep the car in good condition for her on Saturday nights.
Dwight did very well for the 50 Lap Ministock Feature in the 36 Car,escpecially when he has not been in racecar for two years.We were quite proud of him,,and the Car seems to like the track.Dwight finished 4th,with Riley Ekins and his Team 82 Accord ran well to earn 6th. As luck would have it the leader Craig Willoughby had to pull of the track with only a handful of laps left.
Congradulations goes out to all of tonights Race Winners,,it was a HUGE thrill to see Jeremy Gerrow Car #23 leading the pack to take the Thunder car Feature Checkered.As always Jeremy makes Tryon Masonry & Vinyl KreationZ screaming with excited Pride. "Great Racing/ Great Show" is what I heard in the audience."You Guys and Gals on the Track /behind the scenes should be proud of yourselves."
